Kaminey doesn't really appeal to me (i haven't seen it). I started Kambakkht Ishq, but never finished it. I plan on finishing the film but i heard it was a letdown.

Still good news for more Bollywood releases though!

Why don't they select all time popular classics. So many of them around....

Yes, it is good to see al these old classics on blu-ray. However, these titles may not gain much from a blu-ray transfer unless these are restored (similar to 2001: Space Odyssey and From Russia with Love).

I agree.I can't see Bollywood studios taking the time and money to restore these movies to release them on blu.

No offense, but i think that movie sucked. The first time i watched Kal Ho Na Ho i laughed so hard. When i watched Dostana i laughed twice. The movie itself wasn't all too interesting to me either.

It is better not to release older movies unless they are fully digitally restored (e.g. Lowry labs digital restoration). May be one day it will be worthwhile restoring old gems using the best available technology.

Hey Murali, I think the guy from bollywooddvds.com mentioned in one of the forums (I think it was zulm.net) a wee while back that Kal Ho Naa Ho would release on blu ray!

When you say top 10 titles from Yash Raj I doubt it will include Aaja Nachle! I liked this film, thought Madhuri was awsome in it! would like for this to release on blu ray!

I don't think that Aaja Nachle would be in the top ten. I thought this movie flopped. YRF has many blockbusters to release on blu.

Yeah, i always read articles about how some of their films flop and how they hope to pick themselves up from them (New York especially helped the company). It wouldn't make sense if they released flop films amongst their first blu-ray wave.

Any chance that top songs from all these YRF movies are compiled in one blu ray?
