This movie has been out since Sundance and I think it is almost out on Blu in the UK

EDIT: It is already out on Blu in the UK

I realize that, but it hasn't been released theatrically in the U.S. It will be in October.

I know for a fact that it was shown at Sundance, but don't think it has been picked up till now to get a theatrical release in the States. 500 Days of Summer is the same way. That was shown at Sundance and is now out in theaters.

I'm guessing it is region locked.

Edit: According to the U.K. bluray forum it is indeed region B only.
