Default Build me a home theater
More like piece together... Looking for gear that's built well, and not really looking for extra frills.

Blu-ray DVD player - $?
A/V receiver - $500? (pioneer?)
Speakers - $1000-$1500?

I'm an audio professional (sound editor and mixer), but I'm leaning more towards home style speakers for this setup (genelecs are out of my price range). I'd prefer all speakers to match. This is strictly for watching movies and less often listening to music. I don't play video games and don't plan on starting and I already have a large LCD HDTV.

I've done a bit of research, but looking for advice from you folks that seem to know the ins and outs of this industry.
