the weinsteins own the rights to it in the US under their dimemison (spelling?) extreme branch so it might show up at some stage.

As usual the swedish disc doesn´t have english subs. Same with frontier(s). Had bought them both otherwise.

I find it incredibly bizarre Weinstein/Vivendi haven't yet cranked this one out on BD. I mean, surely this is easily the most popular dimension extreme title to date, if not second only to Feast? This has a tremendous following. Inexplicable.

Frontier(s), [REC] 2, Inside, and many other foreign horror flicks need to be released to Blu-Ray in the US.

I'm just utterly shocked that Magnet hasn't released [REC] 2 on Blu-Ray OR DVD....

Just the fact that it came out last July in American theaters and they just never bothered to release [REC] 2 on DVD or Blu-Ray. I thought if any company would pay attention to a gem like [REC], it would be Magnet. Of course, I was wrong.

I may just import [REC] 2 since it looks like American won't be getting [REC] 2 anytime soon on either formats.

I'll buy Inside and Frontier(s) first day that they're released on Blu-Ray. It's a shame that the imports don't have English subtitles. I have a region free player so it doesn't matter what region the disc is, but I need the English subtitles. My sister would be able to watch both easily since she knows French almost fluently, maybe I should get her to teach me??

A Taiwanese import is coming that should be English-friendly. Be warned that many of these releases are upconverts, though:

Yeah I happened to catch that over on HighDefDigest forums the other day. I'm holding back for some kind of reviews for exactly that reason.

Lionsgate / After Dark sucks. I'm planning on picking up the German release even if it's cut. It's got both the original French audio and a German which is good for me since I speak both languages.

The Taiwan release has English subtitles. Good luck finding somewhere to order it from though.
