I hope it is the uncut and unedited version of Return of Godzilla(Godzilla 84). This title have not even been officially release in DVD here in the U.S yet

it is but these are japanese releases with NO english subs

Great news about the new releases. Two of my favorite G films are included in this wave. I like how they're coming only a few months after the first wave. We possibly might get all 28 films by the end of 2010, very likely by the end of 2011. I hope we get reviews for these Blus.

Already answered, but yeah, uncut. I saw it on DVD. Pretty good film. It should look beautiful on Blu-Ray.

Will these Godzilla blus play in my PS3 or S350? I am not sure what region these blus are from.

Yes, they will play in a U.S. player just fine, because Japan is region A, just like the U.S.

However, keep in mind these releases don't have English subtitles.

I agree, I hope they release 3-5 new titles every few months, giving us all 28 films in the next 1-2 years.

Well it seems like every two months. We'll have 18 of the films, if they keep that rate, by September 2010. Man, these blu-ray's are going to be beating my wallet.

I'm disappointed about the lack of English as well, but I can live with it. Chances are Toho will release the best version of these films. It's not like they're heavy on plot anyway.

I'm looking forward to comparing the Japanese release from Toho with the U.S. release from Classic Media. Just a few more weeks.

I know, but I still can't watch movies in foreign languages if I don't know what the characters are saying. No subtitles are a deal-breaker for me, unfortunately. Even if they are silly monster movies....

I would like to know more about these but I cannot understand the Chinese writing on the web links.

Can anyone supply a LINK that lists either the first wave or this upcoming wave of TOHO Blu-rays for sale? I looked on YepAsia and Amazon.jp and I cannot find them. Maybe I hit the wrong button.

EASY, MAN!!! It's Japanese.

Wait until YesAsia adds them. It takes them a while, they finally added Godzilla Vs Biollante & Godzilla: Final Wars to their site not too long ago while they've had Gojira listed since it's announcement.
