Exclamation Help with Toshiba 55SV670U LED LCD

A month ago at Best Buy we (after much research) ordered the Panasonic 54" V10 Series, they called Sunday telling us after a months wait it wasnt coming in, it seems to have completely vanished from the market. Knowing this, we had to make another choice and were sold on the Toshiba 55sv670u LED LCD.

We have noticed a blooming problem in the blacks if there is a limited number of objects on a black screen. I am impressed with all other aspects with this TV but want to know if there is a way to calm down the blooming or if there is a better choice that best buy may have (the LG LED perhaps?). We are in a real pickle at this point as weve now sold our old panasonic plasma to make way for the new tube.

Help us out if anyone has any ideas of a better set or a blooming fix.

Is your tv set to "store", If so your backlight by default in that mode is @ 100. Turning down the backlight to around 75 should help.
