Default Get sound from PC to PS-3 via home network?

I want to play XM (online) radio through my PS-3. The PS-3 doesn't support the required player. So can I send the XM sound only to the PS-3?

I don't think it can be done. Why don't you just hook up your PC or device to your receiver?

Default That is easy to do

I just didn't want cables laying out in the way. If there is no way to network sound, I'll have to do it with cables.

Yeah, I don't think that's possible.

By the way, why do you write PS3 as PS-3?

Default Good question

I don't have a good answer. Incorrect habit I guess.

That's a bad habit lol. PS3 is easier to write anyway.
