Why is that i didn't get them before on my 32 inch 720. is it the hdmi cable or the tv? any help would be great thanks |

Welcome to the site!
Tons of knowledge to be found here. ![]() spoonracer - Could possibly be some calibration/settings with TV and/or player. It definitely does not sound normal. Are you running with HDMI straight from the player to the TV? Last edited by popcornninja; 09-18-2009 at 02:12 PM. |

Welcome spoonracer1320 and pattinsonrobert to Blu-ray.com! Hope you both enjoy your time here and that you'll become regular contributors in the forums.
I would suggest calibrating your TV and making sure that all of your settings in both the TV and BD player are correct. It is possible that you may have a defective HDMI cable, although if it's the same one you used on your 32", I would doubt that is the cause. Read through both manuals to see if there is anything you may have missed regarding your setup. Use a process of elimination before thinking there is something wrong with one of your components or connections. Speaking of which, try reseating your HDMI connections and go from there. John PS~ To the real experts here (and I'm thinking Rob J in WNY), can you elaborate more? Is the HDMI version # (1.0, 1.1, 1.3) a possible issue here?
