Green dots(pixels?) on PS3 using Samsung LN37A550.

I hope someone can help. When playing bluray movies on the PS3 in 1080p I will see random green dots all in one horizontal line. If I restart bluray playback the dots may go away or come back in a different configuration but they are always on the same line, about midway through the tv. I am using a Samsung LN37-A550.

I have an xbox and have never seen these dots while playing games. I never see them during 1080p ps3 game playback either, only when I watch blurays. DVD is always fine as well. I've tried switching hdmi cables and messing around with the ps3 settings and they won't go away 100% of the time. Has anyone ever heard of this? I don't know if my tv is defective or the ps3.
