Video Scaler?

I'm looking to a constant hieght set-up with my projector (the epson tw3000). The projector however does not have the scaler required to vertically stretch the image and was looking for opinions on options there where in terms of video scalers that would allow me to achieve this (I have the necessary lens so this is not an issue, I would however like to keep the cost as low as possible as all it needs to be able to do is stretch the image to take the entire 16:9 image [obviously not zoom, as I do not wish to crop the image]).
