Default Help - Audio sync issue on Samsung LN46B750

Hi all,

Just recently picked up a new Samsung LN46B750 LCD and while the picture quality is probably the best I've ever seen, I'm having an issue with the audio being out of sync while watching Blus on my PS3.

Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before and if so, what the resolution was?

In case it helps, my PS3 is hooked up to my Yamaha HTR6160 via HDMI. The audio is just slightly ahead of the video.

Thanks

Just replying to my own thread in the event that someone else comes across this scenario...

I was never able to determine if this was a problem with the tv as getting a response from Samsung is near impossible.

I played around with the Audio Sync settings on my receiver (manually added a 100ms delay) and things now appear to be synchronized.

I'm not really thrilled with this solution so I'm going to keep investigating during my return period and determine whether or not to keep the tv.

If anyone has anything to add that may help me out, please do so.

Thanks

if you can somehow search past posts... you'll see my issues with this set... same 46 inch 750. I returned it right before the 30 days was up. the audio sync never got better, and the input lag was horrible. Picture was great, but I spent money to upgrade, not have lip syncing issues...i had a samsung tech come in and try to fix it by replacing pretty much everything... nothign helped. By the way, I had the b640 before too; exact same thing... it must be somethign with their panels... oh well, ive been searching for a replacement ever since; no luck tho.
