Mounting 32" Vizio on an IKEA Benno

So, we just bought the IKEA Benno, which is a nifty entertainment center, for our bedroom.

It includes a large panel behind the bench for mounting a TV without needing to drill into your walls, which is nice.

Does anyone know of any cheap flat panel mounts that have a backing panel?

Obviously with most mounts, you'll be attaching them to a wall, with nothing behind the mount itself on the interior of the drywall. But with this unit, I have the ability to reinforce the mount with a backing panel on the other side of the Benno's "wall" using additional metal and some longer nuts/bolts.

Or should I buy a strip of aluminum strapping and use that instead?
