Does the Blu Ray or DVD come with the rebate slip for the movies below???

Also are they still active?

1) Sleeping Beauty
2) Nightmare before Christmas
3) Cars

I have the DVD for all 3 but no rebate forums but I might go get the blu ray version if it comes with a rebate. I want to upgrade if I can get the rebate forums.

I know for sure Nightmare Before Christmas already expired and the rebate came in both versions.
