Default PowerDVD 9 Ultra Issue Thread

Using a ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series video card in Windows 7, I get only a green screen with audio when playing BD discs. PowerDVD then crashes at the point during playback when the menu would ordinarily appear. Used to work with a "TODO" error before tech support had me fix that, then un-install and re-install with the latest engine. Any suggestions? I'm about ready to call it quicks and demand a refund.

it works great.
im thinking maybe you gave not upgraded your powerdvd software. i know there have been some issues with powerdvd and ati cards on previous builds.
check out the support section in the cyberlink website to upgrade.
