It's hard to say. I hate to say "it depends on how you feel," but I think it applies. I tend to buy things that aren't my favorite because of awesome PQ & AQ, so I say go for it. Honestly, I never would have purchased Planet Earth or Baraka if not for the PQ (which I highly recommend, by the way, if you're into PQ).

I also was no a huge fan but plan on buying it anyway. I didn't hate it but certain parts of the movie were really bad IMO. I enjoyed it but it is far from my normal type of "day one" purchase.

If you didn't like it that much, no. But, if you are a collector that needs to have them all, sure.

No. Don't support this garbage. Rent it if you must to give it a second chance if you feel it is necessary.

Seeing as you didn't like the movie....I'd say the obvious answer should be NO.

I hated and wont be buying it but thats not why I posted. I really cant understand why anyone would buy anything simply because its reference quality. The purpose of owning a movie is repeat views not inducing angina every time u notice it on the shelf. Since they seem to be giving it away, I guess I could understand picking it up if u were really into the extras.

I didn't love the movie but I plan on getting it anyway because I am a pretty big fan of Transformers in general.

I would never buy a movie I don't like just for AQ/PQ or extras.

If it's a movie you will rewatch over time, do it. If not, you are throwing away your money...

I am with you on this one.

Given the OP's first post I assumed he was a fan of the franchise, hence my post.

I can tell you I enjoyed it very much, even more than at the theater, and my kid just loved it!

Yes. It's only $20 at Walmart, which has IMAX scenes in it, and if you have a coupon, it could be as low as $15 or $17 (using the Perdue $5 off or the $3 Papa John coupon). Not too shabby for a new release.

I guess what it all comes down to is how many times you will put the disc in your player and hit "play". Even though it isn't the best movie, there are some really fun scenes throughout and when your friends come over and you want to show off your system, it probably won't be a bad choice to throw this movie in. That why I'm buying it.
