Default Pioneer SC-07; new user, need help with 2 channel stereo controls

Yesterday I got a great deal on an open box SC-07 at BestBuy, but it came without any literature and very little BestBuy staff knowledge.

I downloaded a copy of the manual, but it is overwhelming!

I am using the receiver as a 2 channel stereo unit only; CD, Roku Soundbridge, and Sirius.

Is there a simple way to set the balance for just stereo? I sit closer to the left speaker and would drop that side a little bit. It says in the setup that my front speakers are small and they are not (Kef 105.2) but it also says that my rear and middle speaker is ...but I have only two speakers; is there a way to change that or doesn't it matter. Lastly, what about bass and treble controls?

I am moving away from a 15 year old NAD, 2 channel, 7600 Power envelope receiver and I can already hear crisper highs and brighter sounds and a tighter bass!

Last question is where do I find the Sirius antennae kit? any hyperlinks?

Thanks so much - speak to me as a novice in equipment please
