I knew there was a Part 1, because it has Jason Statham. I've never been bored enough to watch it, though. Probably the only Statham movie I haven't seen. Never knew there was a Part 2. But with a $3.5m budget for Part 3, why not. Should be able to break even, plus it gives Dominic Purcell something to do.

Uwe Boll makes his money back on his films through tax loopholes, so why not.

I halfway liked the first movie. The second movie gave me no reason to even attempt to watch it. I find myself even less inclined to give this one a look.

Uwe Boll knows how bad his movies are. That is why he is trying to do some more good movies: Rampage, Assault on Wall Street, Postal, etc.

I heard his films were made from Nazi Gold. Bu yeah, some kind of German tax loop. I think it said if the film doesn't do well it gets more back in taxes. But i'm not sure if that's current on what I read online.

To make more good movies you gotta first make one good movie.

I voted the first one as my all-time worst movie. I never actually saw it all...I could only stomach about 5 minutes, it was that bad.

I refuse to sit through another Uwe Boll movie ever again. I collect my movie tickets, but the first In the Name of the King is the only one I've thrown away.

Nice! Uwe Boll is one of the most underrated directors, so hopefully this is one of his good ones.

Uwe Boll movies don't cost anything to make these days. They're on par with other straight-to-DVD, filmed in foreign country flicks. The days of the $60 million budget where they're luck to make back 20% are long gone.

Well were do I begin - first I have to say I sort of like the first one in the series. I'm a big fan of just about anything in this genre. Like Jason Statham and have been a fan of John Rhys Davies since I first saw him in Raiders of the Lost Ark. Additionally I've always had a thing for Leelee Sobieski so it helps that she is in it. The biggest problem I've always had with the film was Ray Liotta - he seemed so out of place in that role that it was difficult to watch any scene with him in it.

I own the second one as well - picked it up at a pawnshop for $2 and have yet to watch it. Will get around to it someday. Do not have high expectations for it but once again considering the subject matter I will probably like it. As far as the third one goes I'll probably get at some point as well (hopefully another pawn shop find).
