This looks awesome. I saw one of the trailers at the link above yesterday for the first time. I can't wait to see this movie.

Looks great. The music in the trailer is all wrong IMO, but we know Elfmans soundtrack for the film will be awesome.

I sooooooooooooo hope that this is good movie that does well at the boxoffice-- if so maybe the floodgates will open for classic horror films on blu-ray

That is the first thing I noticed about the trailer as well, the music just did not fit. But Danny Elfman hasn't let me down yet.

Is it just me or did some of the visual effects already improved? Like the shot of his hand transforming.

well maybe this can be one time where a movie delayed and reshot numerous times actually turns out to be a great flick!

I wonder how the movie would have had Mark Romanek directed it and Andrew Kevin Walker's script was used. Two of the darkest people out their making a strong duo. It's a shame, I'd like to see them do something together. Joe Johnston has gotten me worried, he's either made happy crappy films or just boring movies, can he get this right? Self's a good writer so we'll see. Funny thing is they used a NIN song (I think it was one of the songs on the Fragile) and Mark Romanek used to direct NIN videos.

Oh and hopefully Hugo Weaving has more of a heroic role in this, seems like Anthony Hopkin's character is pretty sinister.

When I heard about this film I was immediately skeptical, but after seen the trailer I'm very excited about seeing this one.

Visually this really looks amazing, maybe even more so than Coppola's Dracula.
