Default Sanyo PLV-Z60
OK, I finally got the green light from my wife to start the projector research. I would appreciate any input or thoughts on the Sanyo PLV-Z60, as my budget is right around $1000 for the projector only. I got an e-mail confirmation price of $799, instead of the MDRP of $1,295. I have not found in price, a comparable 1080p LCD projector out there, so I really like this one. I think this is a great price, but I also like this projector because it is an LCD instead of a DLP. My set-up will be in a basement with complete light control. My throw distance would be about 12-13 feet, and I have a space of exactly 80" between my two front speakers, which equates to a 92" diagonal screen. Also, is it true that for setting up a projector, an LCD projector is a bit easier to do than a DLP?
