Sanyo PLV-Z60 Projector

I am a Complete Newbie When it comes to Front Projectors and Screens.

I have been receiving Excellent Advice from fellow forum member brokenthumb who has taught me everything I know about this topic.(By far brokenthumb has been able to break things down into a level that ,even I can understand).

I have a small room for the Home Theater (11ft X 10ft)and perfer a table/stand mount projector(No Ceiling Mount)/720p(due to price restraints)/and a LCD projector instead of DLP.
And it seems the Sanyo PLV-Z60 fits this bill perfectly(and I do realize at this price I will have trade offs,but I can deal with most of them).

I would love to get about a 70 to 84 inch picture and screen.
My budget is @$1000.00 total.

I wont have another TV in the room so the screen does not have to be a permanent mount(it can be a retractable or even a stand type screen,and of course a permanent mount)

The Sanyo PLV-Z60 seems to fit my needs,performance,and price.So if anyone is aware of some good projectors(LCD,720p,non-ceiling mount)And a good screen as well(around 70 to 84 inches diagonal)
