Default Ratatoutille Re-Release????

I was wondering what the chances of ratatouille being released again (Like Cars) on Blu Ray is. I feel like the new Cars Ultimate Gift Pack was released for it to match all the other current Pixar Movies. They all match except for Rataouille, it still looks like any other Disney Catalog Title. All the other pixar movies having matching spines and have a blu border of some kind on the cover. Plus they could release it as a DVD + Bluray Combo. Any ideas?

Would be pretty pointless to double dip unless they improved the pq/aq (impossible) or added new features (unlikely). I'm happy enough with my copy.

Well, they did re-release Cars without changing the BD content (albeit as a BD/DVD combo w/ the collectible die-cast cars) so it's not impossible. The thing is if Disney were to do that w/ Ratatouille, what kind of pack-in would they use?

Well..Cars has been re-released so I wouldn't say it's impossible. You never know.

They could always just change the case's insert on later pressings. I think Lionsgate did this with a lot of their older titles when they dropped the stupid "border" thing.

They don't need to make a new release to change the insert slightly.

Well, Circuit City offered a child's size chef's hat and apron as a bonus for buying Ratatouille from them. Its not a big stretch for Disney to offer a pack-in like that again.

Or maybe some of the figures from the Best Buy exclusive gift too.

The only re-release version of ratatouille I'd bite on would be a steelbook. Anything else, and i'd most likely pass.

Punctuation. They're, not there. And, obviously, they care if they're asking if there's going to be a re-release. It's their hobby, there's no reason to put them down for it.

Haven't really seen the Pixar uniformity you talk of, can I see a picture of what you mean.

I know what you mean.

I ended up getting rid of my Wall-E and Ratatouille 2 Discers to get the FS steelbooks. And of course, there's the other outlier.... the jumbatron UP steel.

They could always package it with a nice cooking hat, like UP and the lamp. I'd buy that,
