PS3 not playing WANTED - Blu-ray Forum

I just picked up a PS3 Slim with my new 32" panasonic viera for my bedroom. WANTED does not play. I have tried Casino Royale and it plays without problems. Is this a problem with BD-Live? Has anyone had this issue? Thanks!

If yes, is disc scratched or dirty by any means?
If you still get the issue, replace the disc and try again.

I think it's refusing to play a movie with such ridiculous ideas like 'Curving a bullet'

The disc had a few finger prints on it. Cleaned the disc and the movie played fine. Funny how a few finger prints prevents a disc from being played.

Glad to hear it worked for you. I've found that while my blu-ray's are really hard to scratch compared to DVD's, they seem to be more susceptible to fingerprints/smudges.

sometimes a disk can be bad, even without fingerprints or scratches.

a few weeks ago, I got The Machinist from Netflix: spanking new disk, not a hand had been laid on it.

wouldn't even load on my PS3. other movies worked fine.

sent it back, got a new one and it worked. sometimes the disks are defective, but look fine.
