I have the BB total access web rental deal. I return in store an online movie and always get a free rental. So now my BB finally got Blu-rays in store. My wife took back an online rental and attempted to get a new Blu-ray and was told that you couldn't use your return envelope one for a Blu-ray, only regular DVDs? Has anyone heard of this non-sense? Is that what they are doing? Is that really going to be their policy? Is so they suck and are pissing me off big time with this stuff. Forcing me to wait for months for online rentals, forcing me to have like 50 titles in my list, and now this? NOT customer service!
