Default Black Friday Deals or NOT?

Hey guys, I am looking to upgrade the 32" Sharp LCD in my bedroom to a 40" LCD. I am most likely gonna try to score a deal for BLACK FRIDAY. I found these in the Sunday paper and I wanted to ask you guys:

Which one is the better deal since they are both the same price?

Are there better deals to be had elsewhere such as Amazon, NewEgg, ETC.?

or

I am not looking for a top of the line TV for the bedroom, because pretty much anything will be an improvement from my 32" Sharp 720p. I do want it to be 1080p and if at all possible 120Hz. However I want to stay at $700 or less. Is this realistic for Black Friday? Is there any online deals close to what i am looking for? Don't really feel like fighting the crowds, but will do so if I have to...

thanks in advance
