Default What's your favorite "loading screen" image?

You know what I mean, those animated images that show for a few seconds to a few minutes while the main menu loads.

Some movies just have a generic disc image, but others have movie-specific images.

What's your favorite?

Mine so far is Braveheart. The red flag and sword swaying in the wind while the movie menu loads is pretty cool and obviously movie-specific.

The Nightmare Before Christmas disc has the 2 faced mayor spinning and showing both faces. That's a pretty good one.

Also A Bug's Life has the seeds being added in a row - not as flashy but very appropriate to the movie.

I can't really answer your question I've watched so many BD's I really don't remember which one.

A few that I can think of is Band of Brothers, Gladiator, or Friday the 13th.

I like any that I can't remember because the loading time is so short.

I like the one for the HBO series 'True Blood.' It shows a bottle, either filling or emptying with the synthetic blood featured in the series. Very cool, imo.

Interesting thread. I'll have to pay more attention and I know there are lots of good ones but frankly I just cannot remember.

Hmm, I just prefer my movies load. Ahh HD DVD... Just pokin' a little fun, I do love Bluray. But really it is kind of sad, asking in what way are we happy to have to wait for our movies. I'm more into the unique logos that Warner does for some movies. I wish more (all) studios did that.

My PS3 loads them up pretty quickly, so I tend not to notice them a lot, but of the ones I've watched recently, Braveheart has one I thought was neat.

I thought Quantum of Solace was pretty good. Same with 300. Very high FPS fire.
