Boston Acoustic CS 226 Front Speakers...opinions?

Hi folks. I'm thinking about picking up these speakers. I was told to probably stick with Boston since my rears and my center are Boston so that makes sense and wanted to know if anyone knew anything specific about these and/or what I should be looking for. New to buying all this stuff. On a fairly tight budget but don't want to buy complete garbage. Thanks.

Here is what I would do. First setup your surrounds as your fronts, meaning disconnect the wires from the Pioneers that you have and then connect your rears to them and put on a movie or TV, do YOU like the tonality? Is the detail and clarity of audio and music how you want it to be?

Boston makes nice speakers. Because you have the center channel already, it would be easiest to add the 226's as towers.

callas has A vary good idea there for you to try ridergroov !

I have A set of Boston towers for my front 3 speakers & love the way they sound . They are A bright sounding speaker & do vary well with both Music & movies as well .

I would do what callas said & see how you like there sound up front ~ Good luck !
