I'm guessing nothing is damaged........ the fact that it tripped to "OL" is just the Panamax doing its job....... something may have not been properly grounded, or it could have been a fluke........ how hot is it in the room? (I'm running Heat, and you're running A/C..... `man life isn't fair )

I would unplug everything from it and turn it back on and let it sit for a moment and see if it fails again. Then you know it's the Panamax for sure could be the battery going bad not familiar enough with the brand to know for sure.

If it doesn't fail with nothing plugged in, I would plug one device in at a time and turn them on and try it. If it fails on a device unplug it and try another device if it works then you know which device it is. If it fails then you have exceeded the load on the Panamax.

Can you plug the Panamax into an outlet on a different breaker/fuse? You might want an electrician to check the outlet it was plugged into as it may be miswired.

What model of Panamax is it, and how long have you been using it? Have you recently added any new components that are plugged into it?

Try plugging your sub directly into the wall. Alot of subwoofers specify not to plug them into power conditioners. See if that makes a difference.

Also what kind of ventilation is there for your Panamax? Is it in an enclosed space?

The Only thing I can think of is that the TV and the PS3 are plugged into the battery back up could it be that the battery is was dead to begin with or the two components I have plugged into the battery is draining it super fast

Is this Panamax unit new? If so what did you pay for it, and where did you buy it from?

I would still try unplugging the subwoofer from it and see what happens.

I think you have to much power being pulled from the Panamax and it is shutting down because its amperage/wattage are overloaded. I would suggest just plugging the batter backup straight into the wall, run whatever you would like off of that and see if that fixes the problem.

Either that is the problem or you have a direct short somewhere. You might try checking all of the powercords to make sure nothing is crossed or damaged.
