Compared to the Unrated american release, Is the only difference the cover?

The film is the same as the unrated US version.

The UK requires all films to carry a BBFC certificate in order to be sold.

All it is is the same thing as the US release, just a better cover.

The UK Amazon where this version can be purchased is below. I wish the Theatrical Cut would be released instead of the Longer Cut. Thats what holding me back from my purchase.

It is? I thought you could switch between the two? If I remember correctly, my American copy has the option to select the unrated cut but the default movie is the theatrical release. It was the same way for Forgetting Sarah Marshal. I didn't realize I had to select the unrated and the default play was set to theatrical.
