Audio is off.. Could use some pointers - Blu-ray Forum

When I play a movie the mouths dont match the voices that come over the sound system..... what can I do to fix this problem. My sound system is a Samsung 6 disc DVD player I dont know the model I'm at work. I'm using the Optical cable for sound thats the only way I can connect. I'm thinking the system is to old for the blu-ray and is having connection problems. I've unplugged the cord while the movie is running and that sometimes fixes the problem but I should have to do that with a $800 piece of new equipment and its putting a black eye on the blue when my friends come over to watch a movie. Thank you for all of you help.

so, you have a BD player and a samsung dvd player?
