Default Amazon.com beats every other retailer, hands down!
So I ordered a recumbent exercise bike (100lb package) and it shows up THE NEXT DAY. I put it together the following day (today) and when I get done we notice the seat doesn't lock in place. We take it off and see that the lock is broken.

I call Amazon.com customer service.

The guy looks into my account, asks whether this is about the bike (it is) and asks what the problem is. I tell him the seat lock is broken. He says he's going to ship me another bike. Then he said to just open it, take out the parts I need, and make sure my bike works. Then take whatever I don't need (i.e. broken parts) and ship them back for free.

Best support ever.
