Default Waiting for snap case-versions of current BR's?

This is going to sound weird, but there are three BR movies I would buy IF they came equipped with standard BR Snap Cases:

- Midnight Express (Digibook)
- Dr. Strangelove (Digibook)
- Goodfellas: Anniversary Edition (Digibook) (lol not anymore!)

I'm sure there are more out there, but these are the ones that come to mind right away. Yeah, I know, it's all about the movie, right? But why can't I get a damn choice? I'm a snob, I admit, but also a hard-working one who wants what I want.

My question is: When do you guys think I will see snap case versions of the Digibook films mentioned above? I know there were some in the past that were, at one time, Digibook only (like, The Matrix), which is why I'm asking.

Any ideas when? Thanks in advance.
