Actually, the UK and Australia use "Amaray" keepcases while the US, Canadian, and Hong Kong releases are in "Elite" keepcases.

You can import the Hong Kong releases of both Midnight Express and Dr. Strangelove for the Elite keepcases for the release. They are $25.90 each at DDDHouse.com plus shipping.

I'd recommend checking Amazon UK for a better deal but since it sounds like you have case OCD, you wouldn't like the Amarary cases as they are similar in size to a PS3 game case or the same thickness as a DVD case.
