Default Optoma HD65 issue and possible fix

Hi all

I've been over at avsfourms and here and back for a few months. I've bought a new screen and reinstalled it twice. I've remounted my projector from the ceiling twice. I have leveled everything i can think of and still see the same problem.

Bottom right corner is not striaght and is slanted upwards, but the bottom left and both tops are sequare to the screen. I was thinking of the alignement was off or the projector was crooked then the bottom right and top left would be high, but only the bottom right is high.. and the top right is perfect

Please see picsturres

Anyway i am thinking of selling my BT-90" Motorized projector screen, has RF Remote and wall switch ...What i want to do is build a false wall to have speakers hidden and i'll use a BOC for the screen. So i was thinking maybe i should also ditch the universal ceiling mount and go with a wall shelf type of platform for my projector.. this would be the easiest to have it square.
any ideas would be fine.... Optoma has recomended me sending the projector in (since the fan spins really loud now, i can switch the settings from ECH to STD and back, then the fan becomes quiet... but a few minutes later it goes loud again) anyway its not under warranty and i don't want to pay $`100 shipping and possible more in repair costs.
