Default Samsung Bdp1600 Progressive mode

On the setup for the bdp1600 under display --> Progressive Mode what is the difference between Auto & Video modes, and which is better?

Also i have the same question for Still Mode ---> Auto, Field, Or Frame?

thanks

auto for both. unless you watch 480i dvds the 1st setting is unimportant. i never watch dvds on my blu, have an old dvd player for that.

the 2nd setting, just means that on auto, it will select the best still frame to display (when you pause). only useful for taking screenshots to post here !
