Unhappy I'm thinking of going back to old system

I got a HD TV and HD box and I must say 95% of the stuff on there is not in HD .They are just not bringing out enough TV shows and movies in HD.

What should I do? Other than the news and sports being in HD there is little shows and movies in HD

I find the discovery HD to be good most of the time well history HD most of the shows are not in HD .Well National Geographic Channel is good but some shows are not that sharp like discovery HD ..

Well A&E HD /showcase HD there is little programs in HD TLC is really good it like discovery HD very sharp.

Why such a lack of TV shows in HD? Why no scfi channel in HD or the space channel HD ?

Why is TV so slow at changing over to HD?

Check with your cable provider on what channels are available.

I'm with Time Warner here and we just got Comedy Central, TruTV, and Cartoon Network in HD.

Some of the channels may not be broadcasting in true HD (1080p) yet. Alot are still in 1080i and that may be the difference in clearity and sharpness between channels. Your HD box may only show 1080i. Again, check with your provider.

The full changeover to HD will be a long, slow process.

I got DirecTV and they are still switching over channels all the time. When I signed up last year there was almost nothing in HD now about 80% of the channels have been upgraded. As of a few months ago, HD channels where still being added.
