United Kingdom Wall Street Same Transfer as US?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if Wall Street (1987) has the same transfer of the US release as the US one looks no better than DVD so if it is the same I may skip it

Or if there will be a re-release soon to concide with the release of Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010)

ML

I haven't seen the Blu-ray for Wall Street. If they are planning on reissuing it, it would probably be in the fall since they pushed Wall Street 2 to September in the U.S.

hi - yes - they are the same transfer, apart from the fact that Fox UK Blu-rays still port over the Region 2 DVD information and lists the incorrect running time.

It's not a great print/transfer - looks better than DVD as the definition allows for a little more detail - but it's certainly not in great shape. The sound is also fairly lousy - not really benefitting from a lossless soundtrack in my opinion.

I've seen them both - once in the US and once in the UK on Blu-ray and the disc as far as I could tell is identical
