In terms of PQ, it's one of the worst I have seen.

Great movie though...

I would give it a 3/5 for PQ and thats being pretty generous. As mentioned above, it's a great movie(4.5/5) and a must buy for me. I picked it up on release day and have got my moneys worth. If you can score it in the $12-14 range with a coupon or something you should go for it.

PQ isn't the greatest, but it's an improvement over the DVD.

I heard it's one of the worst transfers out there. Wait for the price to go down.

The PQ is not bad but its not the best I've seen. Looks just like an 80's movie. But this movie is bad ass. Look for the next BOGO or B2G1 I ended up paying about $10.50 would have payed $19.99 it worth that.

Can you guys comment on the movie a little more?

I just saw the trailer for the 2nd one, and it looks pretty good (2nd one) and I'm semi interested in buying the Blu-ray.

PQ aside, how good is the movie? I'm kinda iffy on the whole wallstreet/stock exchange thing, so what worries me the most is I may not understand the lingo, or whatever...

Thanks in advance.=)

I bought it for $10 at Best Buy last year...love the movie but the PQ is pretty lousy but a slight improvement over DVD.

I'm hoping they would re-release it with better pic quality to coincide with the release of Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps in April. I highly doubt that though.

Do some of you really only buy movies you like if the PQ is spectacular?? I love this movie and gladly spent $15 on it even though the PQ might not be as great as it could be. Of course that's just me....I don't know...blu-ray may be about superior video and sound, but movies will always be about telling a story and I think that transcends any "format." I say if you really like the movie, go for it

Well I definitely disagree, but to each his own of course

Also, Wall Street IS being re-released alongside Wall Street 2's theatrical release....but as far as I know, it's just a DVD re-release.

I just saw on the "Access Hollywood" TV show that it will be released September 7th. No BD was mentioned, but they normally just mention DVD releases anyway.

The exclusive Best Buy director signature series that just came out is a new HD transfer approved by Oliver Stone. Watch half the film tonight and it looks very good.
