Hey guys,
I was looking through my pioneer bdp 320's manual a fort night ago and cam across a rather confusing setting. It says I can either use "AAC" or "AAC ----> PCM". I've got a Denon AVR 2803 hooked up to the pionner via an optical cable. It's set on "AAC ------> PCM" currently. Should a leave it or switch it to "AAC"? From the Pioneer's manual: AAC: select this when the connected AVR is compatible with AAC audio signals. (I looked through the recivers manual and it does not say if it is or is not compatible with AAC ) AAC ------> PCM: select this when the AVR is not compatible with AAC audio signals. The AAC audio signals are converted into PCM audio signals for output. Thanks! |
