Default Are reset password requests working?

I have a new system which needs to login to Bluray but I don't have my password. My old system has me permanently logged in so I can still post.

I keep asking that my password be sent to my email address but it isn't being sent....Is there some problem with the reset password requests, is it the Mac or am I screwing something up?

Doh.. for some reason sendmail is not working properly... I'll try to fix it asap.

The problem is that our ISP doesn't allow us to do reverse IP lookups.

So when a mail server that has strict mail validation checks, receives e-mail from @blu-ray.com, the mail server will think it's spam since blu-ray.com's IP doesn't resolve to blu-ray.com.

We have contacted our ISP and this should hopefully be solved by monday. Meanwhile we have disabled new user signups.

That was fast, thanks for checking on this so fast. I didn't know my ISP checked but I guess they do now. If any newbies didnt get their confirmation emails now they know why.

On the upper right corner where you see the flags and below it you see "Logged in as:" click on your name.

Once you do that:

On the left side you will see a column which starts with:

Edit Your Details
Profile Privacy
Edit Profile Picture

Scroll down until you see:

Edit Email & Password.

Click on that and then Voila you are where you need to be.

Just follow what needs to be filled out and its taken care of.
