I would personally buy the V10 for the 96hz feature.

It doesn't offer anything but 60Hz for 24fps content...no 48Hz(G10 & V10) or 96Hz(V10). My buddy has one and I don't notice any flicker and I run my G10 at 60Hz because I can see the flicker at 48Hz.

The PQ should be a bit better on the V10 IMO I would pick the V-10
over the S2 if the same price and in your budget anytime.

Why don't you consider the TCP54G20??

I almost always recommend SIZE! Go with the 65in. My parents have that TV and it looks great IMHO. I've got a Pioneer 151FD so I love picture quality too, but 7 inches is a big difference.

I love my S1 but the V10 is beautiful! Go for the V10.
