United Kingdom £1000 to spend on new set.......ideas and advice please!
In the next 6 weeks or so i will be replacing my current samsung screen which has developed a number of annoying little faults and is out of guarantee.

My budget will be around £1000. At the moment I have a 40" screen and might move to a 42" (anything else would be to big for my front room).

After a little research my current choice is the Panasonic TX-P42G20 which is selling for around the £900 mark at present.

What else can I get for the similar money, I have no preference between LCD/LED or plasma, just want the best i can get for my money!
