Default Paramount Question

With Paramount deciding to go over to HD-DVD, what does that mean to the the Blu-ray movies out already made by them? Once they are sold out, will they make any more? Or after they are gone, they're gone?

Funny thing is that Amazon is still pretending that they'll show up again ("usally ships in 8 to 14 days"). I guess they haven't bothered to move them to "out of production" status.

oh well

they still have a couple paramount movies at my bestbuy! really missed out tho right after they switched sides I think buy.com droped the price of missions set to 59 something with shipping and if you used your google checkout could have got it for 49.52 or something

Could it be they are trying to get them from other sources? I know on some items when they run out they ship them from other retailers stock.

I was at Best Buy today, and they were all out of stock on Shooter, World Trade Center, and Manchurian Candidate so I bought them off of their website today. I went to 4 different Best Buys, and a Target and Wal-Mart all for the same result.

Seriously this week may be higher than last week on the split due to the bum's rush on Paramount titles. At the very least I expect it to negate their biggies, At a $99 SRP for heroes they'll be lucky to move 20K

That just shows what a big mistake Paramount made by going exclusive
