Default WAR -anyone see it yet?

War staring Jet Li and Jason Stratham has got to be a winner, right?

Then why has this movie not been reviewed: http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/war/

That's usually a bad sign.

Has anyone seen this yet? If so, please give us your impressions for this movie.

It doesn't release until Friday, and sometimes they don't always screen movies for reviewers.

How bad can it be? Jet Li and Jason Statham. I have only seen one BAD Jet Li movie (Unleashed). The rest I have enjoyed at least a little and I have seen most of his movies.

That's kind of funny, because I saw War today and maybe 2/3rds of the way through I actually thought about Unleashed. But in the opposite direction. I was watching Jet Li up on the big screen and a thought popped into my head that I enjoyed his work in Unleashed more. I thought this one had some good stuff, but mostly considered it a waste of time. Maybe 5 out of 10 from here (or possibly lower). I would personally rate The Transporter and Unleashed higher.

I liked The Transporter a lot, the 2nd one was too far fetched though. Haven't seen unleashed. But, WAR had a few slow parts in it but I thought it was still alright and I'll end up buying it a few months down the road.

I totally agree with the Transporter 1&2!! 1 was bad ass 2 was ok I ended up selling 2 on Ebay. Unleashed I did not like as well. It was too the only word I can think of is mean. The way they treated him was just not right. I was thinking of seeing war today but it's not playing til 12:30 and I have other stuff I have to do today. So I might go see it on my day off on Tuesday. If I do go see it tuesday I will report back and say how it is!!
Mischa.

I thought I remembered advertising on Jet Li's last movie being his "last" movie.

But yeah, Jet Li and Jason Statham is hard to go wrong.

i saw it as well and it was mediocre at best. theres way better movies than this. basically jet li's and jason stathoms worst movie. they need to work independantly and never together again. "the one" was a good movie but after seeing this i am definaltey not getting it on blu ray when it comes out. 7.5/10 my review.

Unleashed was great. Jet actually got to act in a US movie for once and wasn't surrounded by rappers more interested in making a gangsta movie with kung fu than something decent.
