What's the best gaming experience you ever had? All systems. What's the most fun you ever had that you can remember?

I have probably 3(Chronological Order):

Mario Kart battles with friends on the SNES
Playing through Shadow of the Collosus
Countless hours of Counter Strike

If I had to narrow it down to one it would be SotC. I feel that is one of the best games ever made.
