IME means "In-Movie Experience," which is the name Warner gave to PiP (picture in picture) interactive features on certain HD DVD releases. The name's kind of stuck and is used in an almost generic way when talking about a disc with PiP features, whether released by Warner or not.

The PS3 is said to be getting a firmware update adding PiP support sometime this Fall, hopefully.
