new to the blue ray forum, and just got the playstation 3 for the blue ray playback, (not even got a blue ray dvd yet),would like to know if these titles are the extended cut of the movie and if not,will they be available soon?

First of all it is Blu-ray and not blue-ray. You can check for any movies that got a known release date in the Movies area:
https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/

Pearl Harbor is the regular theatrical cut.
Lethal Weapon is also the theatrical cut, however, the extended scenes are included in the special features but not integrated in the movie.
