Default Wheel of Fortune is actually pretty good!

Ya'll should get it so I can stomp you online.

Only complaints are the wheel spin power doesn't seem to make much difference, you seem to get plenty of bankrupts, and me and GF have to play against the computer if we want to play against eachother (or just use a 3rd "dead" controller). Also so far it's not been too easy to find online matches.

Plenty of bankrupts? Now why would I wanna play a game that I can't win? I've been thinking about buying Jeopardy; it's something educational.

I think it's pretty good as well. I wish I could see the wheel when choosing the "spin power" though and that I could turn off the celebration animations (if that's not provided -- haven't checked the options yet).

Default PSN: Wheel of Fortune

Recently bought Wheel of Fortune on PSN. Had a few questions:

1) Can you play this with 3 people at a time? You used to be able to do this on the old school Nintendo versions.

2) If you can play 3 player... do you need 3 controllers?

3) Can 2 people at the same house play online against another person?

1) Have you tried it out?

2) Have you tried it out?

3) Not unless you have 2 PS3s in one house.

I haven't tried adding more than one player but I'll try that tonight and let you know how it goes (if no one has answered by then).

1) Yes

2) Yes

3) Not on the same machine both players in the same house would need their own PS3

Wasn't sure if you were still waiting for me to check since the other guy answered already but like he said, 3 people can play at once but you need to have a controller for each one. I don't know about the 3rd question but I'd go with what conover619 said.

My wife wanted this one, so I got it for her. Too much silence. I was expecting to see Pat Sajack copping up some free fels like he does on the show. And no Vanna turning/touching the letters...

Too much silence. They could have at least hired a voice actor to do the game show host role...

If it's gonna be turn based like that, why not just let you use a single controller, too? Oh well.

The saving consolation is that I should be getting some trophies for it, at least.

I liked the lack of a V.O. I was REALLY annoyed after just a few games of trivial pursuit... so no host is perfect for me...

Probably because of the times when all 3 players are trying to solve the puzzle at the same time.

Well, there is voice chat. That can take away from the silence alot if you have friends with mics.

But yea this being turned-based does suck in this game. One of my friends, upon starting a new game with me said fairly early on in our game, "Man, this is going to take as long to play as it would take the time to watch an episode of the tv show."

Default WHeel of Fortune from the PSN

I bought thi because I like the TV show and just let me warn you. I have thrown more $50 controls while playing this game then any other game ever, even Wrestlemania 2000 on the N64.

I actually spun 9 straight Bankrupts or Lose a Turns in a row today. You always hear it but it never really is true, but this game cheats.
