The Metal Pak I am interested in obtaining is Innoncence Ghost in the shell2-which I need to find a copy of still but I own the mutant chronicles because that is a nice looking metal pak. Other then that I don't collect them.

Not quite.

They are alluding to the following...

The original idea that was great: Transformers / Lego.

And then there was a cheap copy version, that essentially, wasn't great:
Gobots / Megablocks

Hence -> Steelbooks = great.
Metalpaks = cheaper and not so great.
