Here is some information i found on this upcoming Rockstar game its PS3/PC only.

---------------

* The game will be a free-roaming title with a historically-accurate recreation of Los Angeles in 1947.
* Team Bondi has even hired a costume designer to research the clothing of the era so the game's attire can be accurate.
* Aside from main story, side missions will be based on actual cases pulled straight of the newspapers of 1947.
* A US Marine plays a big role in the story.
* Not so exclusive...but LA Noire definitely ain't coming to Xbox 360, the size of the game is an obstacle to this.

UPDATE: I'd like to see hello to possibly every employee of Team Bondi...or at least the majority that have visited this blog. Brendan, I thought The Getaway was really quite underrated.

I'm sorry that I don't have any stories relating to Australia. I'm going to start, judging by the MySpace pages of both candidates, I officially endorse Kevin Rudd for PM because fact that the Liberal logo looks like logo for a tennis shoe company and John Howard seems to have seriously messed up your electoral system. Remember Australians, iVOTE says "voting...cool as f#ck" and that it is true. And I watch The Chaser's War on Everything and I listen to Sunday Night Safran. I can't figure on any other way to pander to you guys. G'day mates and enrol.

UPDATE #2: Who the hell is Dallas? Since when has there been a Kotaku Australia? How did this post get on Kotaku Australia?

No blu-ray is not needed for GAMES..i guess some of the games do...depends on the developer..huh..?

We'll only see more of the same next year.

I'm looking forward to this one. At $60 a title I'm more inclined to put the money towards films on BD until more games are released that have been built for the PS3 from the ground up.

What does the 'not so exclusive' mean? if its 'definitely not coming to the 360', then doesnt that mean exclusive? will they release it on PC with 11 discs or some nonsense?

It wouldn't be 11, but you can do an install on a PC. You can't on a 360.

AH MAN! seeing as i'm totally obsessed with everything from the 40's this game looks right up my alley! I CANNOT wait to play it!

its also going to the PC. so as for game systems yes it is exclusive ..but overall since it will also be released for PC than it would not be exclusive..sort of like HALO,bioshock...or most of the 1st party games that are on the xbox360 and PC.....
