United Kingdom Indigostarfish returns and packaging woes.

Well folks I did it again, I ordered something from Indigostarfish which I knew would be damaged due to their Jiffybag packaging and what do you know?

I hoped for the best but prepared myself for the worst, it arrived with it's corners crushed. It's probably petty of me to send it back for a damaged slipcase but I wish Indigostarfish would get wise and ship items in something better than bubble wrap and a paper dress.

What I didn't know is I'd have to pay P & P to return the item, luckily I decided against taking a big ol' number two in their Jiffybag before sending my boxset back. That would have cost me more than the 1.26 they'll credit/refund me. I think it will cost me more than 1.26 anyways as it's a boxset and not just a standard Amaray.

And I love the instructions: Securely package the item to avoid damage during return--if possible, please use the original packaging.

Does everyone know Indigostarfish have a different returns procedure than their big brother, or was it just me?

Sorry to rant and feel free to unleash your own tales of misery of the Postage & Packaging nature....
